Benelli Week Events Tours Pesaro

The 2024 Benelli Week has officially started !

The 14th edition of Benelli Week started on September the 16th, an event that attracts hundreds of motorcyclists and fans of the historic Pesaro motorcycle brand.Organized by a multi faceted collaboration of the Moto Club Pesaro Tonino Benelli, the Registro Storico Benelli, the Officine Benelli Museum, with the collaboration of the Marche Region and the Municipality of Pesaro and Benelli themselves, the event celebrates the Italian motorcycle culture through the eyes of those who ride or have ridden Benelli, with a selection of unforgettable tours taking in the scenic splendour of the region of central-Italy“We are at the fourteenth edition of this event” announced Paolo Marchinelli, director of the Officine Benelli Museum, “which attracts hundreds of two-wheel enthusiasts to Pesaro everyyear.

Many foreign visitors have joined and will take part in the seven-day event, during which motorcycle tours and museum visits will be organized”.Benelli Week is therefore a unique opportunity to experience the passion and tradition of this historic brand established in 1911.

During the week long event there's a fine selection of organised tours to discover the Marche and Umbria regions, with visits to museums, themed evenings and many activities dedicated to lovers of two wheels.Particularly significant will be the tribute to Silvio Grassetti, Italian champion with the Benelli 350 in 1967, to whom this year's edition is dedicated.Grassetti, a protagonist of the motorcycle scene between the 1950s and 1970s, is an iconic symbol of the sporting history of the Pesaro-based manufacturer.Benelli is taking part with various models from its current range, including the bikes that is now dominating the Italian motorcycle market: the TRK 702 and 702X.Not missing from the roll call is the entire Leoncino family, from the 125 to the 800 Trail, which embodies tradition and innovation with its unique design. The Classic Imperiale 400 is also included as well as the BN125 to include the younger participants.“I would like to thank Moto Club Benelli” announces Gianni Monini, Benelli Italia Sales Manager, ”for organizing an event of this magnitude every year, dedicated to all fans of the brand, which has always - together with Moto Club and Registro Storico Benelli - been a point of reference for the city of Pesaro and the Marche region. For the last few years, Benelli has been playing a key role in the market and the Benelli TRK 702 is now the best-selling motorcycle in Italy”.

Roberto Vitali, Benelli Marketing & Sales Manager adds - “The Benelli Week is for us a moment of extraordinary importance, a special occasion to see our motorcycles in action withthose that wrote the history of our Brand. Moreover, it is a celebration-along with enthusiasts of a tradition that lives on thanks to the valuable work done by the staff of the Benelli Museum, to whom we renew our support every year”Benelli renews its commitment to support this extraordinary initiative, which not only celebrates motorcycling but also strengthens the link between the brand, the territory and itshistory.
